How to set up an SRV record on Flazio Domains
Welcome to the tutorial How to set up an SRV record on your domain on Flazio Domains.
To set up a DNS record within your domain, you need to access your personal area using the Log in button on the site homepage.
On the management screen you will find, on your left, the list with the buttons that will allow you to access the various areas of the panel.
By clicking the Domains button, you will be shown the list of registered domains.
Find the domain you want to work on and click the Edit button, represented by the pencil icon, to display the domain settings.
It may be useful to use the search field at the top right to find the domain to edit.
Among the settings shown on the next screen, you can find the complete list of domain information, including Nameservers and DNS Records.
Click Show DNS records and find the SRV Records group.
In the Subdomain field you must enter any subdomain the record will apply to.
In the Priority field, enter the number provided by the provider for the priority to assign to the record.
In the Weight field, enter the number provided by the provider for the record weight, intended as its relevance.
In the Port field, enter the number provided by the provider for the port the record will use.
In Hostname you must enter the value indicated by the provider that the subdomain will point to.
By clicking the confirm button, shaped like a +, the SRV Record will be added and activated.
