How to set up Microsoft 365 records on Flazio Domains
Welcome to the tutorial How to set up Microsoft 365 records on your domain on Flazio Domains.
To set up Microsoft 365 records, you need to access your personal area using the Log in button.
On the management screen you will find, on the left, the list with the buttons that will allow you to access the various areas of the Domains panel.
By clicking the Domains button, you will be shown the list of registered domains.
Find the domain you want to work on and click the Edit button, represented by the pencil icon, to display the domain settings.
It may be useful to use the search field at the top right to find the domain to edit.
Among the settings shown on the next screen, you can find the complete list of the Domain information, including Nameservers and DNS Records.
Click Show DNS Records and find the Cname record group.
Create six Cname records as indicated:

| lyncdiscover.yourdomain.com | webdir.online.lync.com |

| enterpriseregistration.yourdomain.it | enterpriseregistration.windows.net |
| enterpriseenrollment.yourdomain.com | enterpriseenrollment.manage.microsoft.com |
After entering the Cname records, move on to the MX record.
Locate the MX records group and create the following MX record:
SUBDOMAIN
Leave the field blank.
PRIORITY
0
HOSTNAME
yourdomain-it.mail.protection.outlook.com
(Use a hyphen in the domain name, not a dot. Example: mariorossi-it.mail.protection.outlook.com and not mariorossi.it.mail.protection.outlook.com)
Next, you will need to configure two SRV records.
Locate the SRV records group and proceed to create the records as follows:
Once this section is completed too, all that remains is to add the last TXT record.
Locate the TXT records group and create the following record:
SUBDOMAIN
Leave the field empty.
PRIORITY
0
HOSTNAME
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
If the DNS records have been set up correctly, the service can be used after a few hours.
Note: Microsoft may require a verification code before proceeding with the configuration of the above DNS records. Enter the code in question, usually via a TXT record, and after verifying domain ownership, you can configure the DNS records as indicated.
